BROADSTREET, Allen - Putnam

Broadstreet, Dr. A.W., 54 years old, former Greencastle Dentist, died Friday of a heart attack at his home in Indianapolis. Services were held Monday in Roachdale. Internment in Roachdale Cemetery.  Surviving are the widow, Edith; a daughter Mrs. Francis Hamilton of Venice, Florida; a son Lt. Allen W. Broadstreet Jr. stationed with the Marines Air Corps in San Diego, California; two brothers, Martin of Stilesville and Thomas V. of New York and a sister Mrs. Thomas Dorsett of Stilesville.
